Delivery: All PayPal order shipments will only be sent to the confirmed address only. For cases where shipment must be shipped to locations other than billing address payment must be submitted in the form of a cashiers check or money order sent to SuperMobile Performance.
Please include the item number, item name and shipping address with all payments. Missing information may delay or prevent shipping.
- Per Ebay policy, payment should be received within 10 days after auction ends.
- We reserve the right to forward the non-paying auction to Ebay if payment is not received 10 days after the auction ends.
- Shipments usually leave our distribution centers approximately 2-3 days after payment is verified.
- No pickup or COD is offered
- No returns will be accepted after 14 days of delivery.
- Shipping and Handling Fee is non-refundable and 15% restocking fee is applied on all returned shipments.
Shipping/Handling: Upon receiving your package, immediately inspect for any transportation damage, shipping problems or incorrect parts. Buyer cannot change shipment addresses at any time. All US shipments are delivered UPS Ground and must be signed for upon delivery unless otherwise requested or paid for by customer.
Conditions of Sale: All sales of used items are sold as is, there are no returns of any used products for any reason whatsoever. The Buyer is responsible for ordering the correct part and fitment for their specific application. Images and pictures are often only an example of the product, and actual product may vary.
Outside Influences: SuperMobile is not liable for any failures to deliver product to Buyer for ANY reason or purpose that does not normally occur in the ordinary course of SUPERMOBILE Online business.
Warranties: SuperMobile sole warranty for any and all products sold is set forth in the warranty documentation associated with the product.
- SuperMobile gives no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of the product usage for any particular purpose.
- SuperMobile is not liable for any damages, accidents, problems caused by improper installation or usage of products.
- All products must be installed by experienced or otherwise certified mechanics with proper knowledge and prior experience.
Installations: The buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions and will indemnify and will not hold SuperMobile liable for any damages incurred as a result of any items purchased from SuperMobile. SuperMobile is not responsible for any damage to the automobile in any way from any product purchased from SuperMobile.
What is the Refund Policy?
At SuperMobile Performance Inc. we strive to provide you, our buyers, with the highest quality products along with the best customer service experience.
- All sales are final, no refunds are available. We can only issue an exchange if the item is received defective or incorrect item shipped.
- All items returned to us must have an RMA # issued by SuperMobile Performance
- Items being returned must be in brand new condition as it originally came with the original boxes, hardware, manuals, accessories, and etc.
- All returned products to SuperMobile are subject to 15% restocking fee (NO EXCEPTIONS - unless it was our mistake which will be determined by SuperMobile Performance).
- Buyer must pay for all Shipping / Handling fees on any and all returns to SuperMobile.
- All products returned for credit must be in the original manufacturer container and never used.
- We will not issue a refund for items that have been used, installed, or missing parts. Buyer is responsible for shipping the items back.
- The original Buyer is the only person that may request a return for products.
Returns or Cancelations: Returns must be cleared and authorized through an officer of SuperMobile within 14 days of receiving the product.
- All warranty cards, stickers, information and such must be returned with the product.
- Defective and mis-shipped items may be exchanged only for the originally ordered item only.
- SuperMobile does not accept the goods as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, Buyer must accept incurred costs.
- Wheels and Tires which have been mounted or used are not returnable under any condition unless the wrong item was shipped to above stated Buyer.
- Refunds can take up to 14 days to process.
- Refunds will be issued as same payment type (e.g. Paypal or Check) or by company check.
- By bidding on this auction you have agreed to all of these terms and conditions.
